Accessibility
I want this site to work however you use it. Here’s what’s in place.
Using a keyboard
- Press Tab on any page. The first stop is a “Skip to content” link.
- Everything you can click is a regular link, button or form field, so it all works from the keyboard too.
- Ctrl + K (⌘ + K on a Mac) opens Commands. Esc closes it and puts focus back where you were.
A simpler version
Simple Mode puts the hands-on examples on one plain page: each ticket with its diagnosis and reply, the incident and automation transcripts, every skill with its evidence, and the diagnostic measurements. If something hasn’t been added yet, it says so.
Motion and color
If your device is set to reduce motion, the site skips its entrance animations and the background on the home page stays still. Nothing depends on animation to make sense. You can also pause that background yourself from the home page.
The Theme menu has seven color palettes, each in light and dark. Light or dark can also follow your system setting. Text colors in every palette are tested against the WCAG AA contrast ratio of 4.5:1.
Something not working?
If anything gets in your way, let me know and I’ll take a look.
